Quotes & Bookings
Quote requests submitted through the Site are inquiries, not confirmed reservations. A booking is confirmed only once we provide a written agreement and any required deposit is received. Pricing shown on the Site is for reference and may vary based on date, quantities, venue, and availability.
Rental Equipment
All rental equipment remains the property of Glow Lounge Rentals. The client is responsible for the equipment from setup through teardown and may be charged for loss or damage beyond normal use, as outlined in your rental agreement.
Use of the Site
You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Content on the Site, including text, images, and branding, is owned by Glow Lounge Rentals and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glow Lounge Rentals is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to services is limited to the amount paid for those services.
